We are excited to announce a new feature that will simplify the processes of changing the status of multiple jobs. The new feature will improve efficiency by changing the status of multiple jobs in seconds.
How to change the status of multiple jobs
When you are in the Jobs section you can search for jobs by keywords (Site name, customer name, job name, etc.). Or you can filter the jobs by specific details (status, customer, site, etc.).
You can then select which jobs you want change the status for
2. You can also select ALL jobs from the list if needed
3. After selecting the jobs you want to change the status of, choose the Batch Update Status option from the top drop-down menu.
4. Click the Apply button
5. You will now receive a notification message on top that will let you know that the system will change the status of all selected jobs. You can click the 'OK' button to apply the changes or 'Cancel' to abort the changes.
6. From the pop-up window you can then select the status that you want to add to the selected jobs.
7. After selecting the status you can click the 'Change Status' button for the changes to apply.
Finally the job's statuses will be changed to the status you have selected. You may need to refresh the page in order to see the changes on the Jobs page.
