Overview: Full Access

Logging in

When you first open the App, you will need to log in with the user name and password you have been assigned.

Once you 'Sign in' you will be asked to provide a four digit pin code. This prevents anyone from accessing the app on your phone whilst negating the need to complete your full sign in details each time you open it (unless you log out).

View Job Schedule

Once you have save your pin, you will be presented with the main jobs dashboard screen showing all allocated jobs (regardless of status) and any other appointments that affect your schedule.

They are displayed in date order with the most recent at the top.

From this screen you can select any of your allocated jobs to view further information.

hilst you cannot amend details of the time, description or job address, you are able to change the job status and priority as well as update the custom fields and add notes.

Completing a Job

Fieldworkers can obtain a customer signature using the Workever app and mark a job status as completed.

They can also record details of any payments taken on site using the invoice function.

Using Workever for Sat Nav Route Guidance

The Workever app uses the site address for scheduled job along with current location details to provide a Sat Nav facility making travelling to site straight forward.

Adding New Quotes and Jobs

With the full version of the Workever app, field workers can add new jobs and new quotes whilst on the move.

Viewing Customer Contacts Database

Fieldworkers with full access can access the customer database to view contact information and details of any open jobs and quotes as well as a history of completed works.
