How to update your branding PDF template style

Updated over a week ago

With Workever, you now have the ability to customise your PDF templates style for quotes, invoices, job sheets, job reports, and purchase orders.

To change the PDF templates you can go to Settings -> Company Settings -> go to the Branding & Design section in the left hand sub menu.

Changing the design of the PDF templates

In the Branding & Design section, you have the option to select one of three templates to be used across all your company's PDF documents. These templates will be applied to invoices, quotes, job sheets, job reports, and purchase orders uniformly.

In order to do this you need to click the PDF template options drop-down and select one of the three options:

  1. Original (The default PDF template)

  2. Clean

  3. Modern

As soon as you select a template you can click the Preview button to view an example of how the template will look.

NOTE

Once a Template Style is selected it will be automatically applied to all PDFs: quote, job sheet, job report, invoice and purchase orders.

Through the Header billing placement field you can also choose to move the company and customer details from the top to the Center, the Left or the Right of the PDF.

The brand colour can also be changed through the Brand colour field. You can choose what colour should be added to the headers on the PDFs.

Footer logos

You can also add Footer logos to your PDFs through the Footer PDF logo section. In order to do this you will need to click the Add Logo button.

After adding the footer logo it will be displayed under the Footer PDF logo section and here you can remove the logo or preview it.

NOTE
The footer logos added here will be displayed on all PDFs: quote, job sheet, job report, invoice and purchase orders. You can add a maximum of 6 footer logos.

After making any of these changes you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to Save the changes.
