The Activity Feed helps you keep track of all recent actions taken by your team members within your Workever account. It provides full visibility on created, updated, and deleted items—ensuring you never lose important information.
What You Can See in the Activity Feed
The Activity Feed records actions related to:
Quotes
Jobs
Invoices
Contacts
Sites
Events
Purchase Orders
Assets
Staff Members
Payments
For each activity, you’ll see:
Action summary (Created / Updated / Deleted)
Item details (e.g., job reference, invoice number, contact name)
Staff member who performed the action
Date and time of the action
Filters
You can filter the activity feed to quickly find what you’re looking for:
Activity Type – Select which types of actions you want to view (e.g., only invoices or jobs).
Staff Member – View activity by a specific team member.
Date Range – Filter by:
All
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Restoring Deleted Items
If something was deleted by mistake, you can restore it directly from the Activity Feed:
Go to Settings > Activity Feed.
Find the deleted item in the feed.
Click Restore next to the item.
Confirm your choice by clicking Proceed in the pop-up window.
✅ The item will be restored and available again in the system.
Note: Logs are only retained for a maximum of 30 days. Older records are not available once this period has passed.
